University Heights Real Estate and Homes

University Heights (92116), located on the southern rim of Mission Valley, is one of the oldest neighborhoods in San Diego. It began as a park with a dance pavilion and a merry-go-round that was a stop on the first trolley. The park closed in 1929 and the land was used for homes in the 1940's. The current Trolley Barn Park was styled after the original park.

The commercial district of University Heights is home to a diverse range of professionals and retailers and is within walking distance of the residential areas.
