Talmadge Real Estate and Homes

Talmadge (92115), named after the Talmadge sisters who were silent film stars, was developed in the 1920's. The Talmadge Gates, which set the neighborhood apart, were restored by residents in 1998. Over 400 trees were planted in 2000-2002 as part of the beautification of the area.
